Returning
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days after delivery.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all associated parts and components and the packaging is in the same condition as the product.
2. Normal use of the product is demonstrable, breakage due to careless use is excluded.
4. The product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We have the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. A return will be processed within 7 business days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: bikinis, tankinis, one-piece swimwear and lingerie.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged without our fault.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you need to do the following to start the return process:
Send an email to: info@threads-toronto.com. Make sure the email includes the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- Customer's first name + last name
- Customer address
We will then contact you and give you the return address.
Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you ask us to do so. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity:

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received or accepted the last goods.
Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery has taken place, so a refund upon receipt of the goods is not possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SHOP NAME) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Record for shipments in transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be extended transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then send them back to us. Of course, you can inform us about your cancellation in advance.
To guarantee you the fastest possible return, please send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, except for delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal from this contract and have received the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will there be a charge for this refund.
