6.) USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT MARKETING
6.1 Subscription to Our Email Newsletter
If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. Required data for sending the newsletter is only your email address. This means we will only send you an email newsletter once you have explicitly confirmed that you agree to receive the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm that you want to receive newsletters in the future by clicking on a corresponding link.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. When subscribing to the newsletter, we store your IP address registered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), as well as the date and time of registration, to trace any misuse of your email address at a later time. The data collected when subscribing to the newsletter is used exclusively for commercial outreach via the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the data controller mentioned at the beginning. After unsubscribing, your email address will be immediately removed from our newsletter distribution list, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data further as legally permitted, which we will inform you about in this statement.
6.2 Sending the Email Newsletter to Existing Customers
When you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our range via email. For this, we do not need to obtain separate consent from you. If you initially objected to the use of your email address for this purpose, no emails will be sent. You have the right to object to the use of your email address for the above-mentioned advertising purpose at any time with future effect by sending a message to the data controller mentioned at the beginning. To the extent that score values are included in the result of the credit check, these are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. In the calculation of score values, address data is included among other factors. 10.) ONLINE MARKETING
10.1 DoubleClick by Google
This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google, operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“DoubleClick”).
DoubleClick uses cookies to display relevant advertisements, improve campaign performance, or prevent users from seeing the same ad multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to track which ads are displayed in which browser, thus preventing duplicate views. This is done based on our legitimate interest in optimizing our website’s marketing according to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
DoubleClick may also track conversions using cookie IDs. This happens, for example, when a user views a DoubleClick ad and later uses the same browser to visit the advertiser’s website and make a purchase. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain personal information.
By using these marketing tools, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Google’s server. We have no influence over the extent and further processing of the data collected by Google. Through the integration of DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have visited the relevant part of our website or clicked on an ad from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can link the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or not logged in, it is possible that Google obtains and stores your IP address.
If you do not want to participate in this tracking process, you can disable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com, see https://www.google.de/settings/ads. However, this setting will be removed if you delete your cookies. You can also visit the Digital Advertising Alliance at www.aboutads.info for information on placing cookies and managing your settings. Finally, you can configure your browser to notify you of cookie placement and decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept them or generally exclude them. Not accepting cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Google LLC in the USA is certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with EU privacy regulations.

10.2 Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and within the framework of Google AdWords, the conversion tracking of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). We use Google AdWords to point out our attractive offers using ads on external websites. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of our ads and show you relevant ads.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on a Google AdWords ad. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can see that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across AdWords customer websites. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were directed to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that would allow users to be personally identified. If you do not want to participate in the tracking, you can disable this feature by deactivating the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via your internet browser’s user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion statistics. We use Google AdWords based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising according to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Google LLC in the USA is certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with EU privacy regulations.
For more information on Google’s privacy policy, see: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

Please note that certain features of this website may not work or may be limited if you disable the use of cookies.
11.) WEB ANALYSIS SERVICES
Google (Universal) Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies,” text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of the website’s use. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your shortened IP address) is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
This website uses Google Analytics solely with the “_anonymizeIp()” extension, which ensures anonymization of the IP address by truncation and excludes direct personal identification. With this extension, your IP address is first truncated by Google within EU member states or in other countries that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. In these exceptional cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes according to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
On our behalf, Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activities, and provide us with other services related to website and internet use. The IP address sent by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all the features of this website fully. Additionally, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the available browser plugin via the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2838718?hl=en&ref_topic=6010376
